I think some information is missing:
- in your 398DS logs you don't have the request, only some entry responses. Anyway these responses seem ok. - in your LSC logs you should activate DEBUG which will tell you why updates are not performed.

Hi,

 Can you try to remove pagesize configuration?
 You can deactivate pagesize providing value -1:
 <pageSize>-1</pageSize>

 Do you have any log on 389DS side?
