thanks a lot clement, that was it , I left in the
<ldapDestinationService> in the <getAllFilter> a condition on an
attribute that was not present in the destination entry to be deleted !

it ends with

the -s,--synchronize task does work fine
the has been a uid deleted in the source ldap, and I want it to removed in
the destination ldap, but it fails apparently
what could be wrong ?
Check configuration of getAllFilter in destination service, to be sure
it matches entries.
