I read this document and have two basic questions.
1. The advertisement of inter-AS TE LSA in OSPFV2/V3 itself indicates that the
link is outside IGP domain.
This information is good enough to apply special treatment to these
links.
Why is it necessary to advertise additional stub-link TLV to indicate
this same information?
2. The inter-As TE LSAs in OSPF carry the link TLV. All the TE attributes
related to the link can be
Advertised as part of this link TLV including interface addresses (in
local interface address sub-TLV).
It is not clear reading the draft what additional value this new TLV is
bringing in.
