Hi all, The I-D looks ready, so I support sending it to the IESG.
Just a couple of nits: - section 4: s/flooding related parameters/flooding-related parameters/- section 5.2: the keyword "RECOMMENDED" is used, which is correct, but the remainder of the I-D only uses "SHOULD".
