Hi Sue, Thank you for your comment. I would like to propose the following change: OLD General guidance for the designated experts is defined in [RFC7370]. NEW General guidance for the designated experts is defined in [RFC7370] and more specific guidance can be found in [RFC5029]. Would this address your concern?
