Hello all, Actually, what Ray says below is true relative to the positioning of docushare, but the plone was always intended to be a temporary solution until we could migrate it to the combination of lsst-data and docushare, the former for "informal communications", the latter for "formal" documents.
However, for storing software artifacts like source files cvs is more appropriate as it supportes development, and similarly for schemas and UML Models, EA is more appropriate as it supports design and both textual and graphical representations. In particular, I feel very strongly that the merged schema belongs in EA. A link from docushare to this is possible if we want visibility there. I'm sorry to be somewhat pedantic on this, but I can't permit a proliferation of tools, formats, and locations other than our project standards. I don't really care if the plone gets used along the way, but the results have got to end up in one of the tools above, and not months after their creation.
