Thanks for loading the prototype pipeline software.

I will be extensively rearranging the software in order to pull it into
a structure more similar to what Ray proposed.  Should I perform
that operation on the branch assuming the branch merge will carry all 
modifications back onto the trunk?

The structure will be something akin to:

applications
    framework
        <image handling libraries>
        <catalog/collection handling libraries>
        <policy handling library>
        <other general support libraries>
    pipeline
        imageProcessing
            <app modules/libraries>
            <validation>
            <scripts>
            <docs>
        movingObjectDetection
        ....

The structure will be refined as it develops. To begin with the Policy
module will be placed in applications/framework/Policy but it will
probably move up into middleware when the XML version is completed and
integrated into the existing app pipeline codes.
