Here are a few comments on your parameters:

field size should be 9.6 square degrees

I'm not sure what the false detection magnitude means, but LSST is
spec'ing a 5 sigma limit for a single exposure of 24.5, so 23.5 is mighty
bright.

If the astrometric error is meant to be absolute astrometric error, then I
think that it should be more like 0.05, which is the design spec for
absolute atrometric accuracy.
