Jeff suggested that the TechAssessWG review our current hardware cost estimates. It's not clear whether the relevent people will be available, but we wanted to suggest we pick this up at our Monday telecon. The idea is first to make sure all our estimates are consistant, and second to consider what adjustments might be considered to favor various requirements and meet budget. There are two collections in docushare that you should have at the ready. High-level summaries of costs appear in the spreadsheets contained Collection-311; detailed numbers are contained spreadsheets found in Collection-446 (Infrastructure Design).
