Hello all, At the telecon today we will discuss this timeline:
July 15 - Start updates to UML Model, FRS, OCD, sizing spreadsheets for baseline. July 17 - Discuss CPU implications of query workload July 19 - Need changes in estimates for 1 year construction start slide. COB Freeze changes to disk/tape estimates, Thomas Frey will lock files in docushare, update with import information, and import into Primavera and ProPricer July 24 - Get copies of estimate sheets from archive for updating CPU costs July 26 - Freeze changes to CPU cost estimates July 31 - Add in-kind resources to estimates, freeze. Align internal and IPAC estimates. Complete updates to UML model, FRS, OCD, sizing spreadsheets. Tim to close on galactic exclusion zone and # sources processed/image issues. August 7 - Final adjustments to estimates. August 10 - First draft of reference design review graphics/tables (drafts for proposal) complete. August 15 - DM only review of reference design graphics/tables August 22 - LSST leadership review of reference design graphics/tables August 24 - Freeze reference design and estimates for proposal preparation.
