As per recent discussions, I have rearranged the svn repository again.
The current state is:
- All code from pylsst has been moved to its correct location.
- The main setup.py file does not work, yet. I can quickly get it
working again once setuputil.py has a home (Ray Plante will be
providing one shortly).
- No applications or pacman scripts have been moved yet. We can start
doing that now. Once that's done, the "applications",
"infrastructure" and "middleware" directories can go away.
