Hello, I installed mysql on teragrid as discussed at the DC1-DB telecon yesterday, including setting up replication. I think we can call it a success. I now have two mysql servers running: - master on tg-login2 - slave on tg-login3 Everything (mysql binaries, mysql data directories) are in my scratch space. Note that I did not set up any permissions for others yet, so no one except me can really use it. I'll be sorting this out on Monday and connecting it to the data ingest service. I can improve language/style/formatting if needed. Do we want to eventually put it in Docushare? In DC1 folder? Let me know if you have any questions.
