In the telecon today it was suggested that we should hope to halve our
latency by halving the number of CCDs (keeping the number of nodes
constant). My two runs today in the debug queue indicate that this is
correct.
The second experiment we were expecting was to try not taking in a new
image until the prior one is completed. I'll test that in the debug
queue now.
