Keywords: DataAccWG For the record: I updated the schemaChanges.doc document (Document-2407), it is now fully corresponding to what was discussed at the schema meeting, so in principal we are ready to do the schema changes.

- the changes in the "proposed schema changes" document discussed at the meeting are "approved": ok to put them in the schema (unless they conflict with what these notes say)
