I don't think that this is the best way of getting the init script, because it's depending very much at the distro configuration. But, in any case, I think that these test cases need some review, because we only run the test if the init script is located at /etc/init.d/syslog. At gentoo, for example, the syslog-ng init script is located at /etc/init.d/syslog-ng.
