Even syslog tests (not syslog-ng) also using /etc/init.d/syslog script.
if Zentoo like systems have /etc/init.d/syslog-ng script.
we can modify like this for syslog-ng.
Replace *syslog_cmd="syslog-ng"* to syslog_cmd="/etc/init.d/*syslog**"
It will work...

I don't think that this is the best way of getting the init script,
because
it's depending very much at the distro configuration.
But, in any case, I think that these test cases need some review, because
we
only run the test if the init script is located at /etc/init.d/syslog.
At gentoo, for example, the syslog-ng init script is located
at /etc/init.d/syslog-ng.
