I wanted to use startsess instead of rungetty to launch a start_ws I make in a
/etc/rc.d script, to launch a vnc over ssh session, instead of an X session.

I thought it would have been a more simple replacement for rungetty. But it
seems it hasn't all the needed features of rungetty.

Hummm. I used the RCFILE feature of 2.09pre3 to launch a script which rewrite
/tmp/start_ws, to launch vnc over ssh instead of X. Is it a recommended usage
of the RCFILE feature ?

rungetty works well for my stuff, but there are some unwanted things in
rungetty, thus I have to invoke it precising the group and user id of the tty
to be root, and there are other unusefull feature of rungetty in the case of
ltsp, such as defaulting to launch /bin/login...

Thanks to you for this great package.
I also would like to say that the new features are really usefull, particularly
for contributing.
