Try in the server:
# lynx localhost:631/admin
This is for cups. You must have the cupsys running.
Login as root, and configure the printers. Just choose the HP Direct Jet
printer, and write to the device:
socket://host:9100
for example:
socket://ws001:9100
I think this is the way to do it. There's an example in this program.
