Looking at the NCD web page on the ThinStar terminal, it appears that it can be configured as an X terminal.
In that case, you should be able to tell it to get an XDMCP login from the LTSP server. Probably fairly easy to do, if you can figure out how to get into the setup screen of the terminal.
