Vinod,

You didn't tell us which distribution of Linux you are running on the 
server.

I'm guessing that it is using the new version of KDE/KDM.

Take a look for a file called /etc/X11/kdm/kdmrc

The kdmrc file may be in another location.

Make sure XDMCP is enabled.
