I have made my i810 board work with 2.09p3. For anyone trying this is
what I had to do:

    MODULE_01 = agpgart
                       ^^---- No .o or load fails

The built (by rc.startx) XF86Config fails when trying to start the X server

    6000K of AGP memory needed only 3065K available

I added
    XF86CONFIG_FILE  = XF86Config.ws001

and created a working XF86Config file to suit the i810 MB. (by booting
RH7.1 and running Xconfigurator on a HD)

Major differance is

Section "Device"
        Identifier "Intel 810"
        Driver "i810"
        BoardName "Unknown"
        VideoRam 2048
EndSection

Hope that this helps those trying i810, and also the 2.09p3 to 3.0.0 testing
James
