http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/ sell the Shuttle SV24 in the UK.
I'm using one as a firewall at the moment. Works fine.

A different small pc I am using for LTSP is MSI's 'Slim-pc'
(http://www.msi.com.tw/products/slim_pc/spec/6215.htm)
which I bought from http://www.transtec.co.uk/.
I've got linux booting diskless using etherboot and LTSP. Again works
fine, is small, and without a disk is quite cheap too.

<end shameless plug>
