I'd guess its coming from your graphics card not handling the vesa display 
mode suggested in the /etc/dhcpd.conf file.  I have an ltsp workstation in 
the living room, and it needs the framebuffer set to drive the TV out on a 
SiS6235 card.  When I was setting it up, I used a hex number in the VGA 
parameter when it needed a decimal mode number, and I got the same type of 
error.
