Javier, it looks as though you have a good etherboot image, but where did you get the kernel that you are downloading ?
it looks as though the kernel hasn't been properly prepared for diskless booting. Try the ltsp_kernel package from the ltsp.org download page. Make sure it is an LTSP v3.0 kernel.
