Folks,
I had an LTSP client logging in successfully at runlevel 5,
and now have managed to break it somehow. I'm hoping someone
else has run into this and knows the fix.
Because I then needed to setup telnet, ftp, etc., I ran the
InteractiveBastille configurator. After this, I tried rebooting
my client. What I'm now seeing is an X Window login screen. I enter
a valid user name and password, and KDE starts to launch, but almost
immediately it gets shutdown and I'm back to a loging screen again.
My network services seem to be working fine. I can now do telnet
and FTP and NAT, but my KDE's broken on the client. Can someone suggest
where to look to find out what's broken?
