Well Bruno,

There's a lot of different ISA nics, so for us to help
you, you need to tell us more about the cards, like
maybe the brand and model ?

As for getting the image to the floppy, you can just
dd the file to the floppy disk.
Something like this:

   dd if=file  of=/dev/fd0 bs=10240

That should take care of it.
