Try mknbi-1.2-7, just out. It implements E820H memory sizing in addition
to the older BIOS calls. Previously mknbi could be a wrong in memory
sizing and put the ramdisk too high in memory. This is especially the
case for BIOSes that steal a bit of memory from the top for the video
card, etc.
