we have a big problem with a 486 workstation,

vfs: cannot open root device "ram0" or 01:00
please append a correct "root=" boot option
kernel panic VFS: unable to mount root fs on 01:00

other terminals work fine, somebody knows the solution
other problem, how i configure a isa 3com (3c5x9), the option-128 dont work
please helpme
