The time you waste on modyfing LTSP to fit your need is much more than
it would take you to create a own CD.
LTSP isn't meant to serve for those purposes. The design of LTSP isn't
very secure. You would have to change the whole concept to create a
secure firewall setup. It isn't worth the effort.

You could use a CD-Rom for that.
