I have LTSP working fine, but I've run into a problem with NFS. I have a directory on a different drive on the server set up in /etc/exports to share. It's configuration is exactly the same as the LTSP shared dirs. I have it listed in /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/fstab as a proper NFS share. When I try to mount this share from the client, the command locks up.
I also tried to create a symbolic link to this directory (/opt/ltsp/i386/install links to /storage/install). When I try to list this directory on the client system, it does not show up. I've read in several sites that NFS shares follow symbolic links, but that's not happening. I also can't just mount this directory with the mount command from the client. Any ideas why NFS isn't working here? Or why I can't follow the symbolic link? (There is not enough room on the server volume to move the files I need to that volume.) Thanks!
