Hi, My work has about 5 Windows machines and my ltsp server running two clients as a test environment. We had a windows machine's hard drive fail the other day and I thought I would make some boot disks for each Windows machine there so in the event of another HD failure I could just stick the ltsp bootdisk in and that user can use their machine as an ltsp terminal until their new HD arrived and Windows was reloaded. I tested this on one machine there and all seems to work ok except when I boot up on the bootdisk I get to the KDM but my mouse doesn't work and the screen resolution looks like it's at 1024x768. When I added this machine's info to the lts.conf I copied another machines description and edited the things that were different. The new machine is the only machine that has a serial mouse so I added the mouse settings for serial mice to the new terminals setup. I checked the com port settings before leaving Windows and it's on com2 so I have /dev/ttyS0 in it's settings but no matter what I try I'm getting the mouse pointer stuck in the middle of the screen. On the screen resolution I copied an existing machines settings that is using 800x600 but this new terminal insists on loading at 1024x768. All the terminals are using the same XF86_SVGA. Any ideas why it might be ignoring all the settings I choose? I don't have a copy of the lts.conf here or I'd copy it in here for you.
