Thanks very much for the hints on Webmin. I tried to read up on the webmin perl scripts but my perl skills aren't so good. My main problem at the moment is parsing/editing/modifying the dhcp.conf file from my C/C++ source. Its quite a task I'd imagine to wrote a text parser specifically for this sorta file format - since its none standard and doesn't comply with the likes of /etc/host or even the /etc/squid/squid.conf - these make life much more simpler for the programmer, one could even use the KDELIB's KConfig or KSimpleConfig Class - I like that.
The reason I was asking is cause I've written some tools that allow one to add/modify/delete LTSP user, workstations/terminal and LDAP replication Servers (I use LDAP for Authentication) thus the dhcpd.conf is the last of the "thorns in my flesh" in order to get the app feature complete! So far I've I've used QT/KDE Cause of the uniform and clean look - but can easily port to GTK/Gnome (specificly PyGnome - python looking good to me at the moment) Thanks so much! Jason and others, Any other pointers are welcome...
