I am working on a document called "Installing LTSP step-by-step."  It is not 
finished yet but the section that answers your question ("how should you 
configure the LTSP server?") is mostly done.

You will need StarOffice 6.0 or OpenOffice 1.0 or later to read it.  Would you 
like me to send it to you?
