You should consider using OpenOffice.org 1.0.1 rather than StarOffice 5.2. There are any number of improvements. And it's open source. It will install once on the server, then have "satellite" installations for each user. Interoperability with Microsoft undocumented and proprietary document formats is excellent and an impressive piece of reverse engineering.
