More whistles.. whistles are nice but not compelling... but it (Tarantella) works on multiple platforms. In some circumstances, I can dictate the operating systems, but in others, I'm unlikely to be able to convince the users to move from which ever Win/32 platform they are on to say Mandrake / RedHat / Caldera(SCO??)

If you take a good look at Citrix( this became WTS) you will see that it does exactly the same thing but for a windows enviorment. As to Tarantella if i remeber hte project right is an uber terminal server capable of server multi os clients. Really but the same thing as LTSP but wiht more whistles.
