I rebooted and I no longer get a XDMCP Fatal server
error, is there a better way of dealing with this?

After boot I set the serial mouse protocol to Logitech
and it lets me move the cursor for 3 seconds, after
that the complete client halts and it even gives no
response to <control>+<alt>+<del>

any ideas?
