It is correctly specified in the lts.conf under SERVER and I > added NFS_SERVER to be 192.168.0.1 as well. :-( I don't think that the variable NFS_SERVER exists. For the first time it's better to give the server the IP 192.168.0.254 - it's the default. If this is running you can change to the IP you want.
