Answers:
    1. In your /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf file, you would add the lines

                [ws001]
                        X_MOUSE_DEVICE = /dev/psaux (if it is a ps2 mouse
                        X_MOUSE_DEVICE = /dev/input/mice (if it is a usb??
not sure about this one)
                        X_MOUSE_PROTOCOL = "IMPS/2"

    2. Turn off the screensavers. If you are using RedHat, you can just
right click on the desktop, select configure desktop, and then on the
screensavers tab unselect the screensaver option.

    3. no idea....sorry
