Looks like several folks are having similar problems with LTSP on Red Hat
8.0:

The terminal X session dies several times before eventually (minutes
later) presenting the graphical login screen.Scanning the packets on the
server with Ethereal I see many XDMCP Requests and Declines flowing
between the terminal and server, which seems to coincide with the XDMCP
Session Denied message on the terminal.

I've searched the mailing lists/archives/google and found other similar
cases -- most involved gdm. I did find xdm disabled in gdm.conf and
enabled it, and I modified hosts.allow to allow all hosts on the LAN to
connect, and I uncommented the "any host can get a login window" in the
Xaccess file. Still same problem.

Has anyone successfully run LTSP on Red Hat 8 and if so could you please
post your setup instructions?

Thanks much for any help.
