While you are on the topic, I have a SUN v880 server that I would like to make a LTSP
server serving DNS, mail, web, NFS but I would like the applications to be run off an
intel based server. Is this possible with the mix of SUN/INTEL and Debian?

Would it be too much of an imposition for me to ask you

No worries. Here it is.

Just run diff on it to see the changes between this and yours.(diff
<your-file> <this-file>)

I've added a few things to make nice pics come up, and changed some of
the max sessions, sessions per hosts etc..

Could you explain your problem further? Maybe a screen shot or 2?

Cheers,
-Bert
