The workstation is searching for the dhcp server, but none are replying.

When I configured RedHat 8.0, though I specified I wanted dhcpd loaded, it
did not load the software.  I needed to mount the installation CD, copy
the dhcpd*.rpm to a temporary directory and install.  Once installed,
dhcpd was then  a recognized command.
