Check the www.xfree86.org site for all the current support vidoe cards and color
information. As to information on gdm and gnomein generl run 'gnome-help-browser' to
get all the local system docs on gnome. As to an easy way to edit the gdm window
managers, in gdm under teh configuration option of hte system menu, go to expert,
login sessions to edit teh available window-managers. It may take some fancy foot work
to limit the windowmanagers for certain user though as prior to login the system does
nto know who is login in.
