It's been several months since I looked at those links.  I seem to
remember visiting a site that he Mr. Yap maintains - which I undoubtedly
found via the etherboot pages.

As I mentioned above re having visited Mr. Yap's links several months ago,
ditto for the etherboot info.  Needless to say web sites in general tend
to be quite dynamic (I have yet to follow a link to the M$ site that was
over 2 or 3 months old and not be confronted with a 404 page not found
error).  I think it's a safe bet that the etherboot pages were moved from
slug.org to http://etherboot.sourceforge.net.
