You are sure that
 a) X requests are honored (e.g. LTSP-terminals work)
 b) You are connected to the same logical network than these LTSP
 terminals?

Else it could be an access control problem. To check, try booting the
Wind** boxes with an etherboot floppy.

BTW: XWin.exe mourned that it needed two dlls (didn't remember the
name). They were IIRC inside C:\cygwin\usr and needed to be copied
somewhere inside the DLL path (the message told me what folders are in
that path).
