I found the manual for your Philips Brilliance 150P, and in the Product
Information section it says this:

Input Frequency
- XGA Hsync 48-60 KHz, Vsync 60-75 Hz (N.I.)
- SVGA Hsync 35-50 KHz, Vsync 56-75 Hz (N.I.)
- VGA Hsync 31-38 KHz, Vsync 60-75 Hz (N.I.)

So for most purposes, I would use the XGA values. I am not the modeline
master, so I do not know how to construct a modeline that will support
all of the resolutions. But it seems that 75 Hz is actually the best
recommended refresh rate - anything higher, and you might get the error
that shows up when the monitor can't sync to the video signal. Refresh
rate is not important in LCDs though; you can use 60 Hz and not see the
difference.
