rdesktop -u cucnews -f -g1024x768 IP will give me fullscreen windows from a windows 2000 advanced server terminal service, there is also an -p <password> for autologon, and Id like to use it at /etc/X11/gdm/Sessions/Windows with this line
exec rdesktop -u cucnews -f -g1024x768 IP Making Windows 2000 just one more option at GDM, is this possible? I realize this sound VERY insecure, is there an opcion? maybe ldap? I have only heared about it, but never seen it, or should I just say that typing the password twice is simply a security featute? hehehe --- John McCreesh <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > This is a FAQ - see > > http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=ltsp-discuss&m=103696305931279 > > John > > On 28 Jan 2003 11:04:43 +0000 > Joyce LAMBERT <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > Hello > > > > I have now a server with LTSP running good. > > Some of the pc must run with LTSP and with Win98 > on a local hard drive. > > Is there a possibility to start a multiboot with > the network > > 1- LTSP > > 2- Win98 (Local HardDrive) > > 3- HardDrive Clone (Norton Ghost Like) [I have see > udpcast how can do > > somthing like this). > > > > I now the project is at the begining but if > someone can help me to find > > the good road. > > > > Thank > > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------- > > This SF.NET email is sponsored by: > > SourceForge Enterprise Edition + IBM + LinuxWorld > = Something 2 See! > > http://www.vasoftware.com > > > _____________________________________________________________________ > > Ltsp-discuss mailing list.
