Or you could use bpbatch (a not quite open source PXE boot loader). There is a doc in LTSP contrib (http://www.ltsp.org/contrib/bpbatch.txt)

Basically bpbatch loads an untagged kernel and initrd via PXE . It works with any PXE NIC. It should also work just fine using the NT dhpc server as there is no multistage booting as far as the dhcp server is concerned ie You don't load etherboot then the tagged kernel.
(It is multistaged but is all contained within bpbatch).

There is example configs in the doco. The doco looks hard because it also shows how to build an untagged kernel and initrd. This is no longer required as Jim distributes these in the initrd_kit (Thanks Jim)

I have been using it for some time successfully. In fact if you are using the ISC dhcpd in a mixed PXE/etherboot environment you don't have to even think about the (PCI) NIC type (assuming it is supported by LTSP).

That's AFAIK 'related' to the fact that PXE imposes limitation on the
maximal file size to be downloaded, which was to small to fit initrd
and kernel into it.
