I have an LTSP server that is hosting one ThinkNIC terminal. I'm ready to add two more terminals and, since I don't like fans, I'm interested in using the Jammin 125. So, the questions:
1) Is there any reason I can't operate both types of terminals from the same LTSP server? (I'd assume that terminal specific configuration and image files, if the terminals actually need different ones, would just be moved into the terminal specific portions of dhcp.conf and lts.conf.) Am I on solid ground here or should I stick to one type of terminal? 2) Is it generally felt that the Jammin 125 is superior to the ThinkNIC? (My ThinkNIC works well but it has a fan - All else equal, I'd rather rely on convective cooling than on rotating machinery) Thanks Much -- John Clay <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.NET email is sponsored by: SourceForge Enterprise Edition + IBM + LinuxWorld = Something 2 See! http://www.vasoftware.com _____________________________________________________________________ Ltsp-discuss mailing list.
