bare bones hd duplication is possible with Partition
Image for Linux

another possibility is to install the same packages
and related directories and then scp /etc/ and /opt/
from a server to the other server, just a wild guess
;)

Of course, if both hd are identical, you can even use
Harddisk Image Cloning for PCs in a few steps!
