rXvt supports it. It is a compile time option, though. Runs TERM=vt102. I
had to hack it to support Wyse50 slave printing (different codes), and sent
the changes to the authors, but they ignored me :) [it's an ugly hack, not
really useful to most people]. rXvt looks at the PRINTER environment
variable, IIRC.

Is he also opposed to other people submitting a patch to support it? It can't
be that hard, and its useful to a lot of people who connect to older Unix
machines.
